Hello everyone! This child is Rylle Xian C. Estrella. He is a 2 year old child from Zamboanga Del Sur, Mindanao Philippines.
Behind this smile is a serious disease he is experiencing right now. You aren't aware friends, that this sweet charming face has Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He is 2 years and 9 months old now, and was diagnosed for the mentioned case since March of this year 2014.
Before, when Rylle was born, he is a child full of energy and very healthy to look at. I noticed that when he was growing old, as time passes by, he became irritable. Whenever he asks for something to eat nor something to drink, he has always been uneasy.
I prefer to tell myself that it is just part of his growing experience, but I must say, something is not right. I as a mother was so worried. Our way of living is not abundant. Instead of securing him a pediatrician, I prefer to listen to those who advises us to take herbal medicines.
Yes. I am not saying that Herbal Plants aren't good, but it is more sure enough to seek assistance from any of the experts; the Doctors.
When he turned 1, he became more irritable and ill. From a happy face to a sad one. We never left him alone. We always see to it that we can see each activity he is doing. As a Single Mother, (for his father never loved him, and we are separated since Rylle is still a month on my tummy), I felt guilty.
I am seeing my child differently form the others. I can see that He is more late bloomer they call. I decided to let him get checked.
The moment he turned two, that was December 09 of last year, I admitted him to a public hospital. He has undergone different laboratory exams. CBC, X-Ray, to name a few. Results were bad. He is turning yellowish. I started to get worried.
We are not financially stable, that is the main reason why he was never checked ever since. 2014 came. Someone advised us to secure assistance, medical means form Philippine Health Insurance. I was challenged to do such.
By the time he was admitted, March of 2014, Lymphoblastic Leukemia was the result.
I am creating this blog to find good Samaritans out there. I believe there is.
